| Rationale for Correction:
FHIR resources that are copies of DICOM PS3.16 Context Groups contain a keyword attribute that is also used in the filename of the resource.
This needs to be predictable, not subject to the vagaries of automated generation from the Context Group section/table title as is currently done,
and preferably follow similar rules as other keywords in DICOM (including capitalization of conjunctions).
Programmatically, toolkits, services and APIs that support management of DICOM Context Groups would also be well served by having standard keywords even if they were not using standard representations of resources or files instantiating Context Group content.
[Ed.Note: One form of keyword proposed is of the form "dicom-cid-n-XXX" where n is the CID and XXX is derived from the text of the title with special characters and white space removed, etc. This is what is used for the "keyword" element in the FHIR resource. This is different from other keywords in DICOM (such as for data elements and UIDs, which omit the system (dicom) and the scope (cid) and just include the name. That would work too, since the FHIR keyword could be constructed unambiguously from such an unscoped entry. Alternatively both could be explicitly specified, as is illustrated in the current draft.]
