This Template includes several coded conditions (e.g., complications, drugs, physiological challenges, etc.), each of which may have a Concept Modifier of "Relative Time". This Modifier indicates the temporal relationship of the hemodynamic measurements to the conditions recorded in this template. E.g., the Content Item structure:
