The origin server shall create a Modality Performed Procedure Step identified by the provided MPPS UID and filled with the provided attributes in the payload. The origin server shall create and maintain the Modality Performed Procedure Step as specified by the SCP behavior defined in Section F.7.2.1 in PS3.4 .
